Back from Vegas and an Update

I went to Vegas last week for a friend's wedding. I will have pictures soon. She was a beautiful bride and we had an awesome time!
I worked on Dark Cherry a bit before I left. Here's the update on DC:

Here is my very wrinkled bookmark. Isn't he cute?
There's still finishing work to be done, but I hope to stitch a few more of these for my MIL's charity. I'll do the finishing at the very end. I can't believe I've only had one other stitcher offer to stitch with me for this very worthy cause, Candy (who is living in Guatemala). Disappointing to say the very least.
