Happy New Year!

Yes, it's been a long time since I've posted. Sorry, the winter gets to me, I have no excuses. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, and a very Happy ringing in of the New Year!
Let me update 2 projects as a way to make up my absence to you. First my progress on Chesterton Stoiry Keep. Here he is as of 12/31/2010:

I have had to set him aside to start the new year SAL. I've chosen QS Fragile Heart, and the original looks like this:

I started on the 1st, and here is my progress as of last night:

28 ct. Even weave, color is a 'sculped' sort of pink and white.
DMC floss, full cross. This one feels like it's moving along quickly, I might even have a finish this year! ;-)

Oh Louanne I love Chesterton! He looks just like one of my cats! I will def have to do him at some point. You have made great progress on FH already! I am short of a few threads and still need to print out the chart but hoping to get cracking on her soon. xx

Hi Louanne
I picked fragile heart as well. It does stitch up fast due to the chunks of colour but it does have enough confetti in there to slow you up a bit. I'm really enjoying her and glad you're doing her as well. Have fun and happy New Year to you and family.
